although manager was very friendly, I was pre evaluated for $750 then their final offer was $400 ..... needless to say I went to another a dealer same day and got $650.... which I thought was more than fair considering salvage would have paid more than $400 and it was a running , good condition older car!!! don't waste your time with this place....

My honest opinion is not a "feeling" as I was told by your rep. I did't "feel" I had a bad experience, I did have a bad one. You should revise your online evaluation form, I would have noted what issues were with the car. You are dishonest. Your evaluation gave a false estimate of $1200, really and then you only paid $100. Complete waste of time dealing with them. You are better off selling to scrap metal dealers. As soon as you walk into the poorly kept office space (one falling apart desk and 2 rickety chairs in a big open room with stained carpet circa 1980) you will know that. They say they match at least what you will get from the metal dealers on the phone but they low ball you once you are there.
