Originally contracted Webster Hauling to transport my vehicle from AZ to NC. Paid an extra $150 expediting fee. They promised to have my car there even before I was arriving (I had a friend there to receive my car). After the car was 8 days late, they promised a discount of $500. Now the car is 13 DAYS LATE! Several "breakdowns" later the car arrived at 10pm and the drivers demanded the full amount owed. Car was not 15 days late, We ask 1-10 for pickup and 5-7 days for delivery. Vehicle was available on 9-29 and delivered 10-17. As far as any discount I do not know or have I heard of this. I have called customer multiple times with no answer.
Great next day service. No hidden fees. Next day service, car arrived safe 2 days later. Driver was took great care of car during load.
They charged me $450 deposit. They're middle man company. Not authorized to do so

That is untrue, there deposit was 150 and the extra charges were due to issues that you had not us. We bent over backwards for you trying to help you and spent a lot of time and money when you had problem with a car you bought. We also had you on recorded call that agreed and understood what the charges were for each time we tried to pickup the car, We tried to pickup the car multiple times and your deal fell through due to you losing your license. Wayne and Amanda came through for me. Found a driver 2 days after contacting Webster. The delivery of the car was exactly on time 6 days later in California. Would definitely recommend this company if you need a car transported.

I used Webster Hauling to ship a vehicle (door to door!!) from Colorado to GA last week. Once booked the communication was very minimal. I was originally told the vehicle would be picked up on the 19th but as of the morning of the 19th I had not heard anything from anyone. I finally got ahold of someone mid day and was told the driver was sick and would come the 20th. Customer signed contract before when setting up order that states it is COD, 1-10 business day window and door to door within reason. Was also informed that carrier is a semi and may have to meet. Was also in contract that if you pay with card we have to charge a fee. Was also informed in a recorded call of these things, I am sorry you feel this way but we did do exactly what we said verbally in beginning and in writing,
