Quite frankly, it's all super friendly with no problems to move your car sir and at speed, we have drivers and transporters going your route all the time. It normally takes 1-10 days but 1-5 is the average and we will get you hooked up, sign on the dotted line and Ill take your 150$ deposit and ill communicate with you all the way as soon as I book your driver up.... then you drop into a black hole for 10 days without a peep, no communication what's so ever. I am sorry you feel that way. Customer knew contract terms verbally and in writing and changed request after setting up. If you want anything done in this world faster that normal service it does cost extra. We do not hide that and very much so announce that in many ways verbally, on our web sit e and in the contract. We had a great experience with Wayne and Webster Hauling: time efficient and very accommodating and communicative. We needed our car shipped ASAP and we're able to even get it shipped from A-B without hassle Over the new year! Would definitely recommend for anyone needing to ship their car.

Excellent prompt service . Dealt with the owner himself. Quote competitive with other quotes. Picked up at my home and delivered without a hitch. Exactly on time to when the driver said it would be there. Had drivers cell number to contact. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to transport their car!!
Glad the driver was great. Always answered the phone and gave up dates. He drove our car from Florida to Oregon and was right on time for pick up and deliver. Price quote was 250 below other quotes as well. Great price and service.
The owner could not reach me for one day and decided that was enough to keep half of my deposit, even though I reached out to him twice before to give him my new phone number and he was not available either time I called. I am sorry you feel that way, however you know that you did not contact us about the change in numbers until 2 days after we tried to pickup the car, The contract said we should charge 150 and I tried to help you and make it only 75.
I would definitely recommend this company. Had my car transported from Massachusetts to Florida. Company is very professional, including the driver who transported the car. Company is professional, fast and very reasonable. Very satisfied!
