they were awful! I was told my car would be picked up within 10 days. it was almost a month and I gave up. whenever a called them they either gas lit me. or straight up ignored my calls. It was only after I disputed my credit card charge from them and went with another company that they "magically" found a truck to pick up my car, then they continued to call me and rude-fully gaslight me even more! Don't do business with them!

I am sorry she feels this way. We will never ignore a customers calls. If you go to voicemail it is because we are on phone with another customer, carrier or it is after hours. She called and spoke to us on about the move 5/26, 6/2. The next we missed a call from her on 6/9 after 6pm and 6/13 after 9pm with no voicemail. On 6/15 I spoke to her about the carrier we assigned and she said she wanted to go with someone else and we noted it was listed for a higher price with someone else. This man and his family are thievesi paid a deposit of 200.00 told me when he had a driver he would email or text us when he did after he did the driver would contact us within 24 hours he never did any such thing so I called to cancel knew by canceling we would be out 75.00 and we was willing to take that Loss I called him to tell him we was canceling and he said oh no you don't I have a driver and that's going to cost you 150 to cancel so we only received a 50 dollar refund this nan and his family need to be stopped I'm no... read more

Your vehicle was scheduled for pickup in 3 days of setting up the move? I am sorry you feel that way but do not appreciate you talking about my family! This was 3 months ago, I do not know why it is now you are doing this. We had a carrier try to pickup the car and then was told it was cancelled. We have to pay carrier when this happens as per contract with them and you. When you change your mind, I cannot be the one to pay for those changes you made. Thank you for your input though. From start to finish Wayne and Nick and team made our moving a vehicle for the first time seamless. They were so patient with me and me being nervous about it, they always took the time to ensure me that everything will go smooth and sure enough it did. Wayne and the whole Webster Hauling team were great! We needed to ship a minivan from NY down to our son in North Carolina. He walked us through the process, gave us a very reasonable quote, and also outline the timing. We received text updates when our order was picked up by a driver.
