Perfect! Customer service was excellent, communication timely , and the driver was a real treat. We had to push the car out of the trailer because it wouldn't start at -20. And still no complaints. Thanks
I've shipped 3 vehicles across the US, and this was by far the best experience I've had! Quick pickup, on time delivery, and awesome communications from dispatcher, hauler, and driver. Even with the challenging weather (snow during the trip and 0 degree drop off temps) everything went smoothly and the driver was great with the bitter cold temps. You've got a great crew and I'll definitely use Webster again!

I would highly encourage you to not use this service. If you can find a more professional service and go with that one. The price that was quoted was not the price that was honored. There were additional fees at the time of pick up and so many inconsistencies with things that were being told. I regret using the service and will never do it again.

Totally incorrect information. Price was quoted for 1-10 business day window for pickup. Customer called and changed it to be expedited which would raise price and was informed of this up front before picking up the car. She agreed to this in writing and on recorded call. When driver delivered the car she said she did not want to pay this now. We cannot change minds when vehicle is already pickup up. That is why we record calls.
Used Webster several times and never an issue easy to work with.
I contacted Webster Hauling (Wayne Webster) re shipping my Subaru Crosstrek from Southern California to South Carolina with a very small pickup window (3 days) in October 2021. Wayne gave me an excellent price (I had called other major companies), and gave me his word on the pickup window and approx delivery date.
