I am very pleased with the service that your organization provided. Both pickup and delivery were a day earlier than scheduled. Driver communication on both ends was excellent.
6/28 talked to ***** (owner) re transporting a Lamborghini Urus Fort Lauderdale (home) to Seattle for our road trip 6/9; delivery 7/8; $1,300. ***** asked for my CC#. Totally untrue. Quote was originally for open transport and customer changed to enclosed. That is why the price change and he agreed to this. The 7/18 was a typo in which customer knew we were to deliver on 8th or 9th which is what was agreed to. I can attach the signed contract that stated the terms agreed. Webster Hauling has moved 2-3 cars for me from CA to DC. They dropped the car off a day early and they were very professional. I would use them again.
Definitely had a great experience working with the Webster Hauling Team, they have now moved two vehicles for us, one from near Cleveland, Ohio to Ft. Meyers, FL and another from Myrtle Beach, SC to near Cleveland, Ohio. Very professional, courteous, and great to work with on the entire process.

I contracted to ship my cars with Webster. The contract amount is $200 less than Webster made us pay to receive our vehicles. There is a false statement that I gave verbal agreement to an expedited fee. I told them to listen to the recorded phone call to hear where I do not give authorization fir any additional fees. If I could write a negative star result that would be more than generous. My experience was absolutely awful. They are nothing more than a broker agent...they take a security deposit and they try to find a transporter to ship your car. To start, they ask for a $100.00 deposit and then promise you a price. When they can't find a shipper for that price they expect you to pay more. Quite frankly, it's all super friendly with no problems to move your car sir and at speed, we have drivers and transporters going your route all the time. It normally takes 1-10 days but 1-5 is the average and we will get you hooked up, sign on the dotted line and Ill take your 150$ deposit and ill communicate with you all the way as soon as I book your driver up.... then you drop into a black hole for 10 days without a peep, no communication what's so ever. I am sorry you feel that way. Customer knew contract terms verbally and in writing and changed request after setting up. If you want anything done in this world faster that normal service it does cost extra. We do not hide that and very much so announce that in many ways verbally, on our web sit e and in the contract.
