Refused to deliver CT scan upon request for second opinion unless I pay him $300. Never would have allowed the scan if I knew. Said it is proof several extractions are needed. This is bazaar my regular dentist prior never mentioned any such need.
Won't give me my PT scan unless I pay $300 for it. So can't get second opinion. He won't even send it to the other dentist
