I ordered a Dozen Red roses for my daughter's 4th and last baby! Such a Special occasion!! Embarrassingly, she received ELEVEN!!! The florist gave no apology or remorse and had the audacity to accuse my daughter and myself of lying about the count!, Really?? Who would lie about such a thing?? No compensation....All I wanted is what I paid for!! 12 roses!!! Do Not Use This Florist!!!!!!
