Good, not great – Good meatloaf, ribs, burgers, fish. Vegetables too salty, and don't bother with the breakfast.
Sadly Disappointed Unfortunately, my couple dinning experiences at Weber Grill haven't been as good as I know that they could be. Our food came out only lukewarm like it had been sitting waiting to be served for awhile, and that didn't happen only once. I was a little disappointed in the service and quality. However, knowing what Weber is capable of, I would go back again to try to see if they can prove me wrong.
Great food, even better service – I went with a group of four to celebrate a special occasion. Our service was absolutely flawless. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes were great. I have heard that this place was full of tourists and not to go there. I disagree. The food was reasonably priced. The atmosphere was crowded but enjoyable. I would recommend this to all local Chicagoans.It is great!
Not a great filet mignon. I make better at home – I took my daughter here last night for her birthday dinner. (The one in Lombard) after going to 2 other places and not wanting to wait 45 minutes for a table we navigated to the Weber Grill. The hostess told us the wait was 20-25 minutes but we waited much longer...okay, that happens. We had the artichoke and spinach dip, it was very good. We both had Filet Mignon, we asked for medium. Good Food but got screwed!! – i just now came from there and got a screwing on my meal. they didnt have the ribeye on the menu, said that had quit serving it. i was getting ready to order the new york strip which is always a little more expensive than a ribeye and the waitress told us that they did have the ribeye. i thought that was great!! my steak come and it was alright, not as good as last time i had eaten there, alot of fat on it but i didnt complain. then they brought my bill and the steak was 37.00, thought it was a ... read more
Great food, Great atmosphere – You want an awesome steak? This is the place. I was just there with my fiancee and some relatives and friends and we had a great time. The steak was to delicious. I got the skirt steak. My fiancee got the pulled pork and that was really good too. They did mess up on my friends order giving her something different but they were very apologetic and fixed the problem quickly. Other than that it was a great dining experience.
Great chili and chicken!! – I have been numerous times to Weber Grill, not only at the State St location, but in the burbs. The food is consistently excellent(I would highly recommend the chili and the beercan chicken) to anyone. The place does get busy, but the staff gets you seated quickly. Definitely make this a next place to eat!!
The best This is one of my favorite restaurants in the whole country. My husband and I are big fans of weber grills so it's neat going to a place where they cook on them. Thats right everything is made on real weber grills. The shrimp is to die for. But everything here is amazing.
Fine Dining If you are looking for excellent service and fine dining, along with great selection of your steak, prime rib, chicken and shrimp dinners. leave your Denim at home. Take your spouse here to dine. Dining is available outdoors if the weather permits. The prices are good and you will have a wonderful dining experience. The food is great.
