The service department is amazing! Yesterday I took my moms car in and they informed me about a tire issue. They could of said to me, ma’am you need a new tire, but instead I was told what the issue was & would want to go back where I got them. Since it’s me handling these things now since the passing of my dad, it is reassuring to be able to go to a reliable place. Thank you for such great service!
I bought a new 2017 Ford Focus from Dave Powell. He did a great job along with his finance team. The manager even came and I reduced himself and we stood around chatting while they filled the gas tank and detailed the car. Somewhere they even took my picture with my new car!! Great job guys.

My husband purchased a truck in February 2017 from Weber Chevrolet in Granite City. The truck purchased was a 2017 Silverado blackout edition. We are happy with this truck however getting anyone to answer the phone and to assist you at Weber Chevrolet is almost impossible we have called numerous and when I say numerous I mean numerous times trying to reach someone Always goes to voicemail as far as the truck we’re happy with that but their service sucks big time. Today we purchased a 2017 Ford Fusion and our experience was outstanding! We found the car online and drove 100 miles to check it out and are we ever glad that we did!!! Our salesman Russ Sebastian was excellent and treated us great!!! Matt Osborne did our financing and he was outstanding too. Very upfront, very honest folks at Weber Ford.
