I’m not going to lie but I was a GM girl until June 3rd. I love my new 2019 Ford Escape SE. It is sporty looking and very comfortable! The staff at Weber Ford were very friendly and courteous! Our salesman Will was great with us and willing to help get us into the perfect car for us. It was a Blues Stanley Cup game night in ST Louis the night we bought the escape and the Blues won and tied the series 2-2. Great day all around! Thank you for your excellent customer service! Will definitely be a repeat customer.
My son bought his first car in December and we had a wonderful experience. The finance manager was so friendly and very helpful! Today we had an unfortunate experience with an associate in the service department but Rob Smith, the service manager, helped to quickly resolve the issue. He went above and beyond to help us out and make my son and I feel better about everything. I will definitely bring my 16 year old in this summer to purchase her first vehicle from Weber Ford!

Horrible customer service. Somewhat arrogant
I took my F150 in for engine service - they fixed everything that was needed and even re-did some work another shop patched together. Justin in the service department was awesome to deal with and was great at communicating what was going on. Would highly recommend the service department. I now plan on getting everything from oil changes to tires to anything else done here.
