The only reason I am giving Weber Ford Granite 5 Stars is because of Tim Coffman! Tim Coffman is ALWAYS there for us when we need something! This week, our van needed an oil change, and he picked up our van, left us a vehicle, and took it in. When it was finished, he brought it back to us. He provides customer care that you CANNOT find anywhere else!! Tim Coffman is the BEST!! Thank you, Tim, for your ALWAYS putting the happiness of your customers first!

Although I didn’t end up buying a car from them they were very responsive and followed up with me quickly and courteously.
