The property on the corner of Constitution Blvd and 41 is a joke. There is no way they maintain it all. Trash cans are always over flowing, the outside of the buildings and walkways are dirty and in need of pressure washing, one of the stop signs needing replaced hasn't been there since Irma. It's just a disgusting way to manage a commercial property.
It is obvious there is no continued maintenance done on this property. Trash cans are never emptied, stop signs are missing and not replaced, and exteriors are unkempt and falling apart. If this is indicative of their business philosophy I would run far away.
