Excellent service, fair price, friendly people, close to home .
I took my 2013 Fusion in for maintenance and the staff could not have done a better job. The car is more fun to drive today than the day i drove it off the lot. Great Job!!
Webb forwards an email, reminding me the need to change my oil on our 2015 Escape. With a more than busy week, a reminder is sometimes just what is needed! Packed in the reminder is a coupon for the synthetic oil change, providing a price, which just can't be beat. The only thing I would recommend, a coffee machine.
Just wanted to drop a note on how well our visit went when we purchased our new vehicle in November. Doug Webb was very polite and educated on all product. He help us make a wonderful purchase that we are very satisfied with. I will recommend Webb ford to anyone and have them ask for Doug as he was very helpful.
I was in your dealership for the first time because someone stole my purse and keys over the weekend and a needed to have a new fob and key reprogrammed. Tim greated me in the drive with a smile and was very attentive to my needs, you did not have what I needed but he checked and had one coming for the afternoon told me to come back. Let me start by saying that I feel it's a chore to have to buy a car but the folks at Webb Ford, especially the used car salesman named Danny, made my buying experience a much more enjoyable one. Not only did he make me feel like a valuable customer, but he listened to more than his share of what my grandchildren call old man stories. I will recommend the dealership and Danny to everyone I know!
