I bought a car from here a couple of week ago that I saw online. I called to set up an appointment to test drive the car. Good Service. They let me test drive the car alone. Usually the salesman sit with you and talks the whole ride. They worked with me to get me the best deal.
The service I received this time was excellent. The manager is very nice and even checked into my warranty on the used car that I bought and saved me some money. However there are some people working there tht aren't that interested in individual concerns. If I could deal with the same person everytime I would be so happy. Thank you very much.
I want to thank Vince who got my husband's truck in for a fast repair. They don't do appointments but he worked with us to get a time and the job was completed asap.

Today I had the best car buying experience of ALL TIME!!!!. First I've been searching around for quite a while now. Website after website, phone call after phone call. Just out of true desperation, I looked on Craigslist there was an ad that really caught my attention. The ad's title was bad credit specialist, don't judge yeah I fit that category. I just bought my first used vehicle from Webb Ford. I would recommend dealing with Tom Gulotta. He was informative about the vehicle that I was interested in and made the transaction very pleasant. Also, Garrett made completing my paperwork as quick and painless as possible. So far, I am impressed with Webb Ford and would do business with again.
