I come in to the showroom and all the sales staff was busy and I did not have the time to wait. Tom noticed I was leaving and walked out to my car and made time for me. He was outstanding. He knew I did not have a lot of time and took very good care of me, answered my questions, gave me the best price with out me having to haggle. I appreciate his knowledge of the car I purchase. If I knew anyone looking for a Ford, I would send them to see Tom.
The salesman that sold me my car, Joe Salas, was extremely helpful and extremely friendly. He made certain that I knew all about the car and took extra time, when I was uncertain about something. I was also very pleased with the service department for being so polite and helpful. They are all truly helpful and friendly individuals. The service was great...I had taken the vehicle in for a oil change and the tech recommended I have the tires rotated...after careful consideration...I thought that this was a good idea..so I returned..the tech did not pressure me but was "professionally" "matter of fact" about the advantage of having my tires rotated.
Overall service has been excellent, from salesperson (excellent) to having my car serviced. People in service are great. good people.

Pretty Impressive! Mr. Anthony Bodnar was a genuine gentleman when I went in to purchase my Ford Fusion.
They provided excellent knowledge of all models & products. Very Professional. It didn't take as long as I thought it would to complete the entire process. They even followed up with a phone call a week later.
