he paid over $1000 to have some work done and was told it was fixed only to find out that they hadn't taken it for a test drive and was not fixed and had done some "maintenance" work to it that had nothing to do with it running bad ..then after receiving the insurance check to fix what was actually wrong with his truck(2 weeks ago) they haven't touched his truck ...

I would like to start off by saying the two sales associates, Brian Hammond and Marissa, were very helpful. Unfortunately, the reason for my poor review is the General Sales Manager, Ryan Frasure.
