Don't even own a ford but take all my vehicles here because of great service department.
I brought my Fusion in for service. They said it would take an hour, I was out 55 minutes later. The service department has always been friendly, and usually right about the time it takes for the car to be done whenever I've taken it in. We've been buying cars from Webb for over 20 years.
Steve in the service department went above and beyond to help me. Every time I go to Webb Ford I get treated great. They kept my vehicle over night so they gave me a brand new loaner. All in all my dealings with Webb Ford are always great. Will always buy my vehicles from Webb
Webb Ford did a good job. Low pressure salesman. Everything went smoothly through finance with 60 months 0% interest.
I am always hesitant when buying a car, but Webb Ford eased my fears immediately and made the process as easy as could be. Jeff Cote was my sales rep and couldn't have been more helpful.
