I have had nothing but problems with my vehicle. Everytime I bring it in they do something to basically put a bandaid on the problem! And to make matters worse they actually gave me truck back with ZERO gas in it! Horrible customer service! I am never buying another vehicle from them again! Update: they ended up putting the wrong gas in my vehicle so they had to drain the gas tank. To make matters worse the lady that works in service was laughing about it to one of the mechanics. First of all, I asked what is the first appointment of the day, they told me 8;00. I get there at 7:45, and you can tell they have been open for a while. I went there to have two tires put on my Edge. It seemed like they were going to work on them right away. I decided to take a walk. I came back 45 minutes later, I asked if they were almost finished. The response was "It's hard work to change tires." I waited another 45 minutes...still not finished. Finally the guys says the job is done my car is parked outside, just have t... read more
