The salesman and finance manager were terrific the service department was very timely and courteous. Overall I had a relatively good experience except for one issue that I got resolved in a couple of weeks. Jackie was very concerned about our review and took the appropriate steps to reconcile the problem. Isaac Ryan and Jackie we're all a pleasure to work with thank you for your time. Overall I would give them 4 stars the only problem that I had was with the sales manager.
I had a 9:00 appointment today for a oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I was told its a hour and a half wait cause there's four cars in front of me. I said I have a appointment. He said you wanna wait. No thank you Webb Chevy I will take my business elsewhere. And I will buy my new car some where else...

Update: 12-21. Customer service has gone into the toilet. When a customer service rep calls to say you missed an appointment, and then will not take accountability when you tell them you made the appointment and blame it on external forces, I do not do business with you. Taking my business elsewhere. Thank you for making the new car experience very enjoyable. My wife and I came from another Chevy dealership in the area without even so much as a hello.
