How can a dealership honor warranties. Had no issues when Bill Jacobs owned this dealership. Now I would be very careful when you buy here now that it is no longer Bill Jacobs I guess warranties mean nothing.
The staff , and the effort put forth to get me the car, and the color that best fit me was outstanding !!! The friendly down to earth people on staff and especially Jackie Webb, the owner were friendly, accommodating , and made this experience fulfilling! I would recommend car shopping here to anyone, and will consider shopping there should I decide on another new car down the line !
Horrible service department. The service department is nothing but experienced in the area of sweet talking, and deceiving, but as soon as something goes wrong they are quick to point the finger. They damaged my car when they were making what should have been an easy repair, and then they didn't want to take the responsibility for what they had done.
