I normally am incredibly happy here but today I have been here 45 minutes already , walked to check on my car and they are just lifting it up ! Oil changes should not take this long !

I would give 0 stars!!!! As an ex employee and a customer! Mechanics are incompetent and the service is a joke...they had 4 people leave in a span of 3 weeks! I spent $2,000 to get my truck fixed only to find out that it wasn't what the "master tech" told me it was, the gm wasn't going to work with me on getting what was actually wrong with my truck fixed(I was a current employee at the time). My grandmother has purchased her last 3 Malibu's here. She trusts them and highly recommends them so when it was time for me to upgrade, I followed in my grandmother's footsteps and I'm soooo glad I did!! Chauncey somehow worked magic and offered me a sweet deal I couldn't refuse on a 2017 Malibu. He was so personable, hilarious and best of all didn't use pressure sales techniques. I will ALWAYS refer people to them and will continue the family tradition of purchasing from them.
