There was a manufacturing issue with the frames that I wanted that was not communicated to the staff at Weaver in a timely manner. This caused a delay for me to receive my new glasses. Andrea at the West York office went above and beyond to make sure that I was informed and helped resolve the situation in a professional manner. At no point did I feel like I was being pushed to the side or like I wasn't the priority. Thank you for making what could have been a frustrating experience as pleasant as possible!
My husband just had cataract surgery and needed to have a lens popped out of his glasses since he no longer needed the correction...We are not clients of Weaver's but live nearby and called to see if they could help us..they said come right in and took care of the lens for him in a courteous and timely manner..Upon asking the fee they said no charge..Thank you very much it was greatly appreciated.....
The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. The eye doctor was very polite and even tho she was filling in from their other location, she made you feel welcome. Very nice and clean facilities. Their downfall was not being able to provide my contact lenses in a expedited fashion. The lense I require for my left eye is a unique one from what I was told but what is shocking to me is the fact that even tho unique it's not uncommon and many others also require it, when I spoke to the staff it first went from 2 weeks to now a... read more

I picked up my new glasses today. My experience at Weaver Eye Associates was great. As soon as you walk you are greated. I liked the eye doctor, and they have a lot of cool frames to choose from. It makes me happy that they cleared up a price issue. I will definitely go there agian for my next pair.
I moved her to PA just about 6 months ago and never thought I would find a Optometrist like the one I had before...Wow was I wrong...the staff were so friendly and knowledgable. 5 Stars they fit me in an appt at the last minute...5 starts my appt was for 5 pm. I was seen at 5:10. What a great respect for my time as a patient. Dr. Smyser was EXCEPTIONAL in personality, knowledge and knowing what a patient needs and want in contacts for their lifestyle.
