Horrible customer service skills. Maybe the partnership with myeye doctor may teach them some customer service skills.
way over priced and they dictate what brand of contact lens you can get and of course it is the most expensive.. guess they get some kick back from air optix.. been going there for at least 6 years but never again it cost me 600.00 for driving glasses since they didn't explain that is what I was buying until I went on line and found out that I have -1. 25 in both lens and I can buy that anywhere for under 60.00 .. lesson learned... will not happen again
Always hate the Bait and Switch! So had a slight problem seeing one day, went in because they were in network for my insurance. After I was there I find out that the specific problem, they would not be in network for the primary but are for the secondary insurance. I tell them I want just the basics for now since I would go to my main insurance after the weekend. I just wanted to know if it was an emergency. I was thinking detached retina. Sixteen days after glasses were ordered and still waiting.....
waiting for 20 minutes to pick up glasses. meanwhile three "associates' sit behind the counter talking and laughing. not the best customer service.

I have gone to the east end office for 10 years and was happy. Until I went this year...the last 2 months have been awful with the office staff. No one pays attention to detail. I have notes from getting different trail lens and the issues with the office people. One day they called and said my contact where in. I drove in and they said...no, there not here. Another time I toke the actual box from the contacts I wanted to order and went in and ordered them. Went to pick them up yesterday and they are the wrong contacts! . Am... read more

So happy with this place. This is my 4th year of having vision coverage. Yet Weaver eye was the first place that even mentioned frames that my insurance covered. Makes you wonder huh? I will never go anywhere else. The quality of the exams and glasses is unmatched in my opinion plus they don’t pretend that your insurance is worthless and doesn’t cover anything. My insurance covered 60% of my visit yet at other offices 20%. You know what I call that? Integrity and ethics. I’m happy when I find that.
