We called to see if they had a part we needed… just to have to answer like 20 questions before she even tells us she can’t sell us the part bc we aren’t a contractor. What really caused this one star review is the lady who picked up the phone. She was INCREDIBLY snotty and rude throughout the whole conversation - like she was irritated at us for even calling in the first place, and talked to us like we knew absolutely nothing (mind you, my husband has been in hvac for four years). Would not recommend
Never in my 20 year HVAC career have I been to a supply house like this… first of all the lady that was at the counter seemed upset we walked into the door, I come for 4” single wall pipe and a gas flex line, and was told they DONT carry that stuff….. BASIC HVAC PARTS…. Will never come here for anything
Staff is great!
Wrong parts.
