I had a HORRIBLE experience in the ER. The doctor came in like we were ruining his entire day to begin with. He grabbed up my son’s foot (never introducing himself or acknowledging my son as a human being) and said you need antibiotics. The nurse was equally as rude and unprofessional. I left the hospital more concerned about my son’s condition than when I arrived. I was just a horrid experience and I don’t know why it’s allowed to happen.
well i took my child there for an xray of her index finger i heard the nurse ask the other ones wait we have an index finger which one is that. where did that nurse get her education. i learnexd that in elementary and middle school.

Today I had to have a colonoscopy and endoscopy done. The only procedure I have ever had before then was getting my wisdom teeth out. But the nurses, anesthesiologist, and even just the ladies at the front desk were so amazing the entire time.... while I was in preparation I started to get really nervous and cried a little, but my nurses and my anesthesiologists were so amazing to me and helped me to relax a little. The staff were SO loving and caring to both my mom (as a patient) and to us as a family.
The staff was not very professional, it took 3 hours to get 3 stitches on my son's hand. When my son went to go ask how much longer it would be they told him to go back to his room that someone would he there soon. 3 hours later they came into he room.
My pregnant cousin went in on her break from her workshift at a fastfood restaurant, pregnant and dehydrated, and was actually made fun of! She could over hear everything. Can't imagine what else is being said or done behind people's backs.
they are fast and courteous folks here very professional and knowledgeable
