I was vacationing with my grandchildren when I became concerned about my brakes. After reading the reviews I chose Wears Valley Brakes and Auto and called. They were willing to work me in at the last-minute despite being booked. Once they looked at the car and drove it a couple of times, they did a complete brake inspection, removing the wheels and checking everything. They didn't find anything wrong with it. Recommend highly! While 300 miles from home our alternator went out. Was given cards for 3 shops in the area. I called them first and so glad I did they made a bad situation not seem so bad. Very friendly and Mark is a very good mechanic with reasonable rates. They made us feel at home and very welcome. Even our granddaughters fell in love with Lisa while we were hanging out at their shop. Will visit the next time we go to the area just to say hello. Thanks again! Judy

When we got to Tennessee, the wheel hub on our truck went out. We were towed to Wears Valley Brakes and Auto Care by Tommy's Towing. The folks at Wears Valley Brakes and Auto Care got our truck in the same day, kept us updated on the progress throughout the day. They said they would even stay over to get our truck back on the road that day!! Awesome friendly understanding people!!! We want to thank you all so much and would recommend you to anyone!!
