All of the great folks at Wears Valley Brakes and Auto really came through for us in a tough situation. The 4WD on our Jeep got stuck in 4 Low because of the linkage breaking and we had to crawl at 15 mph many miles out of the Park to the repair shop. They fixed it right away and even improved upon what was there before. Everyone was incredibly kind and genuinely friendly and made us feel at home while we waited. I can’t say enough great things about this place! Lisa, Mark & Lloyd are truly some of the kindest, friendliest, most trustworthy and caring people I’ve ever met. Dont take your car to anyone other than Mark Webb and Lisa McDaniels at Wears Valley Brakes and Auto. THEY ARE AMAZING! Any other place would have charged a fortune or wrote my car off, maybe even told us to rebuild the engine. I just knew my Tahoe had bit the dust. My husband and I have been looking for a local mechanic that is knowledgeable, honest and affordable. Mark and Linda are great, very personable and provide fast reliable service at nearly half the price of other shops. We had a full set of brakes (front/back) and an oil change and Mark had the job done in less than two hours. My husband(Gerry) and I highly recommend Wears Valley Brakes and Auto Care!
