Even though I bought my vehicle "as is", when I had a problem a couple of months later they took care of me and split the repairs 50/50 and gave me a loaner while my repairs were being done. You can bet they'll be the first place I'll go when looking for my next vehicle.
I received coupons in the mail for a 39.99 oil change service... thought I would use it in my wife's car ... when I went to pick up the car my total was almost 80 dollars after I asked why they informed me that I needed two lugs nuts then someone else said I had four lug nuts that was replaced I was never informed of any of this.. I will not be returning to this place for anything ... I bought a truck a few months ago from them and never expected customer service like this. seems like they just wanted to make up the differen... read more
