I can't say enough kind words to thank Kyle Alexander for such great service. I totaled my car last month and had to find a replacement. I found a beautiful 2017 on their website, called, test drove that same day and purchased it the next. There was a small spot on the front fender where the paint was chipped and crackled. They were happy to correct it for me and provide a loaner car while they did so. I love the Maxima and will most likely purchase my next vehicle from Kyle when the time comes. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. How is this place in business? I took my car to the service department only to have it torn apart and when questioned no one takes responsibility but rather hangs up on you when you refuse to spend more money to fix something that was never wrong. I was never going back there! Unfortunately, the body shop (unaware of my previous troubles) took it back and they again tore up something on my car and refused to take responsibility to the point that it had to be towed somewhere else to actually be repaired... read more
I recommend you find another dealership. They are the sorriest excuse for a dealership. Their service department is a complete joke, I'm not sure if anyone there knows what they're doing. I will never step foot on that property again unless it's to throw a party for it falling to the ground. I hope this will stop someone from doing business here so maybe they won't have to deal with their useless service department and dealership in general.
Kyle and Larry were extremely helpful in helping me secure a truck as a Christmas present for my husband. They were wonderful to work with and extremely respectful and courteous.
