Not a reliable company. I waited 10 days for a pull start for my weed wacker, after not receiving a call to come pick it up I decided to go into the store and when I got there they told me it was broken & needed a new pull start……… I requested a refund & they did give me a refund! So they are good at giving back refund but not doing simple work
Horrible customer service. I purchased the Stihl blower last year. The blower broke and they spent 5 months to fix, now the same item broke again ( still with warranty ) they don’t want to fix and requested $50. Don’t buy anything at the store. I saw your respond and be honest , I never asked you new blower I requested to fix it. In order not to fix the blower you told me to leave the store and never come back.
They charged me $90 for Literally nothing, then they gave me back my generator and tighten the screws so tight, I can’t even get them off. Don’t pay for Diagnosis. Have them do the work first.
