Horrible customer service. I purchased the Stihl blower last year. The blower broke and they spent 5 months to fix, now the same item broke again ( still with warranty ) they don’t want to fix and requested $50. Don’t buy anything at the store. I saw your respond and be honest , I never asked you new blower I requested to fix it. In order not to fix the blower you told me to leave the store and never come back.
They charged me $90 for Literally nothing, then they gave me back my generator and tighten the screws so tight, I can’t even get them off. Don’t pay for Diagnosis. Have them do the work first.
They have been my stihl dispensers for many years. Always friendly, and they have also fixed many of my machines, always done a professional job. Master Arbor Service Inc. strongly recommends Pro Power.
Ordered an electric mower, edger and blower. Three weeks later, nothing. Called the Pro Power repeatedly to see if they could give me any information about when my equipment would be coming in. Got the same answer every time: "Truck is arriving on Thursday." Then, "Truck didn't arrive. Next Thursday it should be here." Zero calls to me to update me on the delay.
