I had We Do Sweep out for a chimney inspection and sweep at a recently purchased older home. tracy and brayden arrived on time, were professional, and explained the condition of the fireplace, flue, and chimney cap in simple terms. Their inspection showed that no sweeping was needed at this time, and they were honest about it instead of trying to sell extra work. it is rare to find a company that is this straightforward and helpful. they also shared useful tips about routine chimney care, safe fireplace use, and what to watc... read more
i want to thank company: We Do Sweep for the excellent customer service. i recently had a wood stove insert installed in my fireplace, and the crew did a great job with the setup, chimney connection, and clear operating instructions. today i called with a question about one of the stove options, and tracy came out the same day to explain everything in a simple and helpful way. the visit was smooth, professional, and gave me more confidence using the unit safely. i would not hesitate to use them again in the future for chimne... read more
Tracy and his crew were excellent. He explained each step of the chimney sweep and fireplace cleaning process clearly before getting started. Since I have a 10 month old, keeping the area clean was very important to me. Both technicians took great care to protect the space around the fireplace, kept soot and dust contained, and left everything spotless. Very professional and careful service.

Recently, I had trouble getting the gas fireplace started again, so I called for help. Tracy was professional, patient, and easy to work with, and took the time to explain the issue and get everything running safely. The visit was smooth, helpful, and focused on proper fireplace and venting care. I highly recommend this chimney and fireplace service for reliable maintenance, clear communicatio... read more
We Do Sweep has been my go-to for fireplace and chimney service in Key West. i first called for help with an old broken terracotta flue tile and to have a proper chimney cap installed. Later, i had a fireplace insert put in, along with a new stainless steel liner and some minor masonry repair around the chimney. Since then, i have my flue swept every year, and it has really given me peace of mind, especially in the warm, humid Florida weather where regular chimney cleaning and inspection matter. tracy was professional, relia... read more
