Tracy cleaned my fireplace and chimney very thoroughly, then also spotted a few small cracks in the chimney and took care of the repair at no extra charge. The whole process was easy, professional, and very helpful. Very kind, easy to work with, and clearly knows chimney sweep and fireplace care well. They arrived right on time and quickly inspected my fireplace and chimney. They put on a new chimney cap, explained the repairs the flue and chimney needed, and clearly answered all our questions and concerns.
