Terrible. First, they tried to charge me $1400 for a new thermostat. Bought my own at Home Depot. Called them to install. Destroyed my drywall left my thermostat hanging from my wall. Asked when they are gonna fix it. Blow me off for a week and I just got word they are sending a dry wall guy to fix it and they aren’t covering the bill. Great customer service and work. Work done fast.
Response was super fast and plumber came that day to provide in-home consultation on installing a Costco service water heater. He was able to advise me of a course of action and I will use this company when we are ready to order. Thank you for your wonderful customer service.
They did a great job Technician was extremely professional. He used all CDC precautions. We were extremely satisfied.
We Care installed the original A/C system (we didn't have one previously, ugh) and did a great job. We now had them add an air purifier system and we are already noticing a difference in air quality. Very happy with their team.
