We contacted several firms to provide a solution for our HVAC issues..We are in a new home, less than 4 yrs old in AMR in Menifee, though all contacted said our system was undersized for our home (1860 sq ft) only We Care took the time to fully evaluate the system components and flow..plus their pricing through Costco was amazing. They’re very polite and professional! They listen to the customer’s concerns . They may be very small problems, but could be a big concern to the customer . Our house has 2 full size air conditioning units attached to it . One side occasionally gets freezing air while the 2nd half hardly feels the breath of a camel, 3 sides of a house and 2 different AC units . Today Brandon came to look at my AC unit. Not only did he explain everything to me but he took pictures of my unit in the attic. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I felt so at ease and not forced into buying other services which other companies make you feel. I am definitely going to refer my family and friends to your company!

After servicing my AC unit & FAU (which they installed new), they damaged the attic access, took apart the condenser and re-assembled leaving a part on the ground instead of back in the condenser and told me the rattle that has developed “just happens”. After I’ve called them three times in the last week, they still have not called me back. They used to provide good service, but something has changed. I would not recommend them any longer.

Back from a month trip when we noticed our thermostat had no power. Called WC Plumbing Heating and Air. They had two technicians out early the next morning. Brandon and George called to inform us of their arrival time. Both showed up at the time promised diagnosed the problem, made recommendations to correct the problem. Repairs were done in record time along with testing to ensure system was working properly. Thank you Brandon, George and WC Plumbing Heating and Air.
We Care was quick to schedule an appointment and the service tech was very helpful.
