Very professional and knowledgeable. The problem with our AC unit was diagnosed quickly and they had the right part to install. I would recommend We Care to anyone needing AC service.
Although Chris’s was a very neat young man and he tried VERY hard to correct the problem with our AC unit, even though he was here over an hour, we were still left with a non-working system. When I called for repairs, I explained that my husband suffers from Parkinson’s and it is imperative that we have a functioning AC. I was told I would have to pay the higher rate because, although I called at 3:30, we wouldn’t be able to have a repairman out until “after normal hours”.
