Got a Rule 25 done when it was in Oakdale in a grey, moldy office in stripmall in August 2009 at the request of HealthPartners in order to get into residential treatment and detox there as well. This was the only place that had an appointment for a Rule 25 where I didn't have to wait more than four days. I would like to point out that I was the one begging the insurance company to let me go to a residential program as opposed to outpatient and get detoxed too. The staff here is amazing! If you are open to change, confronting the issues you have, and taking responsibility then it works.
Stay Away from this place. Would not graduate me from their program because I did not have health insurance or the ability to pay due to physical disability. Owner attempted to have my probation officer put me in jail because I could not afford to pay her, ( it did not work- no jail) and there main counselor Mr. Winkler is a disgrace to the United States of America. He was dishonorably discharged from the U.S. Military... This is not the right environment for anyone looking for help.
