I recently had WCG CLEANING do a deep clean at my home, they did a fantastic job & the girls were lovely highly recommend!
We had WCG Cleaning come past after the Christmas break to do a deep clean of our house, they did a great job.
Bond clean was booked in for the 30th of December at 9am. I received a quote and was told an invoice would be emailed to me. No invoice was emailed, a bond cleaner never turned up. I called up asking what happened and no one had any idea what was going on. Absolutely disgraceful and has put us in an extremely frustrating position with the keys needing to be handed in today. If you book in with this company, I recommend confirming your booking before the day of the bond clean as they obviously don’t keep track of bookings.
My mother had a lady named Karen and her daughter jade clean for her last week she said she couldn't fault the too even if she tried they were amazing went above and beyond for her and will be personally asking for the two next time around
