Very little value for money. I chose Britt Treece for a commercial building inspection in Cleveland County early in 2023 based on his reviews and reputation, even though his rate was at least twice the amount of competitors. Strong communication up to signing the contract, and he was flexible about the inspection date when we experienced delays on my side with sale documents.
