As a licensed NH damage adjuster (GEICO), I can tell you I absolutely hated going to see Wayne. I love him to death, but he is a pain in the ass. The cursed lizard is no longer on my shoulder, so I can tell you the reason for that. Wayne is the pickiest son of a bitch I have ever met, and will not release a customers vehicle if it isn't like it was before the accident. Wayne and everyone here went above and beyond. My car looks brand new, inside and out. When I brought it in, I was worried that the insurance would dictate what kind of parts would go back on. And a testament to caring about the customers behind the work, he has gone above and beyond.
