Excellent customer service, my car needed multiple repairs and the bill was very expensive! They were super patient and took the time to answer my many questions. Particular shout out to Stacey! Would very much recommend.
Fantastic service from Waylands Kia. In particular Abbey, who was so helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. She was fantastic in ensuring that I got the most from my test drive and happy to answer any questions I had about the vehicle over the following weeks. I don’t often write reviews, but really felt like a needed too after buying my new car from here. The person we were dealing with was Charlie, and all i can say is the experience was fantastic. I turned up without an appointment to look at a car and Charlie was very happy to stop what he was doing and let me look around the car, take it for a test drive and also value my car as a part exchange. Friday last week, my work lease vehicle went in for its first MOT. There was a few issues with the vehicle and the team at Waylands Kia Garage worked tirelessly to ensure each of these were sorted prior to the end of the day, in order for the vehicle it pass the MOT, be road worthy and all while updating me at each point throughout the day. Really great service provided by the team working here. Would highly recommend.
