I was given 3 years free oil changes and every time I have gone there in the last year I have run into one problem after another they charged me for the last oil change on March 19 2019 I was then told they would send a check still nothingand the service manager won't return a call.
Check you paperwork!!!!!!!!! Look for words like “Check” because that apparently that does not means they will be fixing it just looking at it 😂🤣
Bought a 2016 Edge from them, a couple days later we realized driving the car at night , that the windshield auto dimmer was dropping down below our vision, making it very difficult to see anything , in sliding the road ! my husband called them the next day , spoke with service, told them the problem. I bought a Dodge Caliber from here and was the biggest mistake of my life. It had issues they "fixed" but the problem never went away! The manager told me my intrest rate was one thing and changed it to another. Don't waste your time or money here.
My salesman was great, he helped me find a vehicle that was in my price range and that I loved. But... the financial advisor was rude and didn't even talk to us about any warranty for the vehicle. We also got a trailer hitch and the person that drove the vehicle back from the place drank coffee in my new vehicle and left the cup! They also didn't let anyone know the check engine light was on.
