Although we got a good deal on our car, we felt uncomfortable throughout the entire process. Employees were openly discussing how they believe the coronavirus is basically just “allergies”, employees were going in and out of the building and different cars without sanitizing their hands once or wearing masks. We were told our license plate may take awhile to get here because of “covid” - and the employee actually did air quotes around the word “covid” as if it’s not real. I bought a car there on the 27th of July. They called me on the 1st to see how my purchase was. Late on July 2nd (6 days after the purchase) I was driving down the free way and a sensor went off and the plastic protector of the wheel well was flying off as I was driving down the road. Totally disappointed with an interaction we had yesterday at your dealership. Came in for the 2nd time in 2 weeks to see a car we viewed on your website. First time we showed up one of your employees had it out. This time we came to see it and it was totally trashed out on the inside and smelled terrible when the door was opened. Purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. 1st one no issues 2nd vehicle we were under the impression that we were getting a 2nd set of keys. Every time we call or stop by they point the finger at someone else and never actually resolve the issue. Guess they made their money and dont care if we are satisfied with our purchase. Would not recommend as their prices are the same as any other dealership and the after service stinks.

basically the sales manager is of poor charter. I just saw where attacked a woman with profanity online. I won't say what he said. Going by his charter, I would never buy anything from anyone that would employee a man who feels the need to talk to a lady, he doesn't know the way he did on Facebook. buy elsewhere.

We are not from the Wayland area - but we found ourselves there with a leaking tire that had a stripped lug nut. Within a few minutes the service guy had our spare tire on for us and they charged us nothing! We are so appreciate for their help and kindness!!! Great crew in the service department!

Bought new tires , was supposed to get rebate in mail never came. So husband went in there and they told them employee never filled out paperwork properly and that if he came back they would give him a check. Went there and said guy was out of office. Next time he went in they said he wasn’t there but they would bring check to house, never showed up. Then he went again and they said they mailed it on Monday, today is Friday and still NO CHECK , lies lies lies
