Wayland Elliot was very instrumental in getting me and my family in a new home before Christmas! Mr. Elliot actually helped make the home buying process easy. I would highly recommend contacting him if you are in the market for an Eddleman home, he is a pleasure to do business with.
We contacted Wayland because he sold a house quickly in our neighborhood; we figured that he had good knowledge of the neighborhood and possible clients looking there. Wayland agreed to help us sell our house, even though we were going through a company relocation program (cutting into his commission). Wayland is so knowledgeable about the home buying /selling process. It was easy to put my trust in him to do the work while I focused on my own job. He is well-versed to point out the positives/negatives of each prospective home, weighing all of the factors of location, proximity, nearby traffic patterns, amenities, yard, etc. On the selling side, he gave me great advice on getting my current home ready to sell.
