Waxology was my first professional waxing experience and I am greatly pleased. I had a little bit of anxiety going in because it wasn't the brows that were getting waxed... However, Betsy was very easy to talk to and distracted me with conversation while she waxed. It was uncomfortable, I'll be honest, but not too bad. It's waxing and my first time so that's to be expected! She was quick and thorough, professional and cheerful. Waxology is terrific! I was conveniently able to schedule my appointment online easily without any trouble. I had my first-ever wax with Betsy, and she was extremely friendly, polite and professional. The shop was clean, bright and welcoming. The wax went quickly, and Betsy made sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening throughout the process. I'll be returning many times!
