RecommendedThis place is by far the best wax service anywhere in West Michigan. I drive 45 minutes for that reason. Betsy is amazing. Fast, professional and as painless as a wax can be.
Just had my first appointment with Betsy. I haven’t bothered with my eyebrows in years because they’re so straight and there’s not much to work with but she made them look better than ever. I’ve always gotten sugared for the other stuff but after this visit I am making the switch to wax. Can’t wait for my next appointment! Okay, maybe I can ;) but will definitely be back!

Waxology is fantastic. I am always a bit nervous for my appointments but Betsy always puts my mind at ease. She is comforting, professional, and polite. The adorable boutique salon is clean and inviting and scheduling appointments online is easy and convenient. I highly recommend Waxology.
It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax done and I was pretty nervous. Waxology gave me comfort and confidence during before and during. I will most definitely be going back there again.
Betsy was awesome! So friendly and welcoming. She made sure to ask if I was on any medications that may interfere with the waxing and took time to look into any medications she was concerned about. This was my first time getting my eyebrows waxed so I was a tad nervous, but she was reassuring and did a great job. Besides her amazing service, her location is warm and inviting, clean, and high quality. I will definitely be back!

Betsy is always on time, efficient, professional, and provides excellent quality. Her space is conveniently located, peaceful, modern, spotless and relaxing. Upon moving here from Chicago I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a high quality waxing experience. Waxology proved me wrong!
