Waxology is always professional! Customer service is a top priority as is cleanliness. I love the automated messages notifying of open times and even discount openings. Then the ease of booking a service, along with receiving the service and the quick check out at the end.....boom, out the door service complete!!!!
I had never gotten a wax in my life, and I am so glad I chose Waxology. Betsy was fantastic. She was so friendly and polite, and made me feel completely at ease. She was quick and efficient and we chatted the whole time. I am absolutely going back because I had such a great experience. I recommend to everyone interested in a wax of any kind.
