I love this place! Taylor M. is one of the best, she is a great conversationalist and she is wonderful at her job. I recently came in to get a Brazilian and Mache R. Did a wonderful job! It was my first time and she made me so comfortable! I will continue to come here because the staff is great and the store smells fantastic!
I had a great experience! Great customer service! It was my first wax so I was a little nervous. I had Jamey and she was great! Professional and efficient I would recommend!
Very disappointed. I got a Brazilian but got home to shower later in the evening again and seen she (Taylor was her name) missed the inner part on the front and inner part of the back. I had to shave the parts she missed, it was that noticeable. Sorry but I will never return
Jordan is super sweet and she's great at what she does! The rest of the girls have been professional and very nice every time I come in. Thanks for all you do!
Taylor McDaniel did a great job being personable and reassuring. End result was amazing! I have not gone to get my eyebrows done at a salon in a VERY long time as i didnt like the results at any place but definitely happy with how they came out at Waxing The City!
I always get my eyebrows done here, and the staff is always so kind and courteous. Even when I was running late to my appointment, they werent at all upset. The results are always perfect and I feel all of the staff are trained very well. I've had my eyebrows doNE by different employees and each have never let me down.
Cassie is so sweet and very friendly! She’s awfully helpful and has quite the professional demeanor. Go get your business waxed by her, you won’t regret it!
