Terrible customer service. I didn't have an appointment And was told that they were full up and I understood that but 1 person waiting and 2 workers just standing there. I am an older female and did not get respect from the front desk person. I will not return ever.

Awesome place! Kayli did a great job! Super friendly and professional! I highly recommend her! All of the staff was very nice! I will definitely be back!

Once again, a great visit! I was a model for a new waxer and she was great. It just takes time to adjust to new things. She will do fabulous at Waxing the city!

I cannot believe how much less this hurts than traditional wax or threading. I so appreciate it since I have sensitive skin and thick hair. The staff is all very friendly. Thank you!
