Today I had my first experience at Waxing the City - I was nervous, to say the least, but my esthetician was perfectly professional (and also happened to be hilarious, which calmed my nerves tremendously). The facility was also very clean and inviting. I would highly recommend and look forward to my next visit!
I came to Waxing in the City a few months back and was happy with my service, but tried to streamline by switching to the Esthetician at my hair salon ("high end" salon, more expensive for the same service) and it was horrible; it was a huge mistake. I've seen several different people-they are all very friendly and professional and make you feel comfortable. I come in regularly to get my eyebrows waxed. I've never had a less than amazing time and service from the any of the estheticians. Hannah was my last waxer and I am coming back in a few days for eyebrow tint. She is great!
I have been coming here forever for my brazilians & they are the best place! All the staff are friendly & make you feel comfortable! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants waxing services!
