I visited this location for the first time for a Brazilian, and left very disappointed. I thought that due to the service being discounted, maybe I got someone new who was still learning at a discount. I get that, so I tried again in 5 weeks. The second time, I got someone different. I asked the esthetician how long she had worked there, to be sure she was experienced, and she was. She completed the service and I left just as unhappy as the first time. I was so nervous about going in for waxing and Linh made me feel SO comfortable throughout the whole process. Everytime I go in, she's so helpful and very knowledgeable about before and after care. she always makes sure I feel comfortable with the after care before I leave and any questions I may have, which are many, that she has answered them. It wasn't a very good experience. I wouldn't mind paying less for a lesser quality service. However, it was priced the same as a fancy spa, and my waxer was just out of school. She has a lot of developing to do on both waxing techniques as well as communication skills/bedside manner. I won't be going back.
